After selling the previous mani, we received feedback that it did not break, but this renewed mani has a pipe thickness of 3.0 mm, making it more durable, and is made of durable SUS304 stainless steel. The pipe has a structure that penetrates into the flange, and no reinforcement processing that would add unnecessary heat is done. Developed to enable 450 horsepower range from genuine replacement with T25 flange. Therefore, the turbine was created with the assumption that it would be used in the original position. With the included reinforcement stay, distortion of the flange can be minimized. The ignition order of SR20DET is 1⇒3⇒4⇒2, so in order to minimize exhaust interference by combining pipes 1 and 4 and 2 and 3, we have developed a method to exhaust the exhaust gas more evenly to avoid interference from the exhaust collection parts.
